Total Consecutive Hours Coverage.
Total number of consecutive hours coverage including in the package (contiguously from coverage start time to coverage end time). Note that, because our packages include two photographers, each with a camera operating the whole time, all packages actually provide double this number in work hours of photography coverage.

Approximate Number of Pictures Produced.
This is an estimate of the minimum number of proofs that we would expect to produce in a given number of hours. Based on past weddings we've covered.

Number of Locations.
Used to determine the total number of times for setup / teardown of equipment and to plan for travel time between locations. Note that this is the total number of locations, so the Ceremony location should be included.

Purchase Credit.
Each package includes a Purchase Credit which can be used to purchase any of the items in our price list. This gives you maximum flexibility in purchasing options after the wedding - you're never "tied in" to any particular mix of enlargements or products.
Please note the following:
The dollar amount of a Purchase Credit can be modified to suit your needs. Naturally, this will effect the price of your package. If you want to modify the Purchase Credit amount with a package, this must be indicated when your booking is made and confirmed when your details are submitted via our web site about a month before your wedding.
For example, if you want only Digital Negatives (you do not want either of a 4x6 Proof Album or Enlargement Prints) this should be requested before the wedding date. If you do not specify when submitting your details that you want to modify the Purchase Credit amount, we will assume that you will be purchasing the included amount.
Note that Purchase Credits can be reduced up to a maximum of 50% of the total credit amount.
The Purchase Credit is used for all post-wedding purchases. If you want printed proofs, the price of a 4x6 Proof Album ($195.00) is subtracted from your Purchase Credit.

Online Viewing and Ordering.
Online Viewing and Ordering allows you to view and order photos from your wedding day via the Internet. This is a great option if the couple has family and friends living "away", or if they are living outside the province themselves. Payment can be made with the Purchase Credit or via credit card. Orders are sent via Canada Post.

Proof Photo CD.
A copy of all proof images on CD. These are low resolution images suitable for viewing on a computer screen. This option is intended for people that simply want to look at their pictures on a computer and perhaps make a CD copy or email a few photos to family or friends.
Please note that these images are not suitable for printing and any attempt to print from this CD would be a violation of copyright law. Printing your wedding pictures requires purchase of Digital Negatives with Usage Rights.

Photo Collages.
Compilation images that are created from various pictures from your wedding.
Note that selection of images and creation of a collage is a creative process and is done at the discretion of the photographer.

DVD Video Album.
This is a compilation of images in a slideshow format, set to music, as selected by the photographer. This DVD can be played on a television equipped with a DVD player, on portable DVD devices or on a home computer.

Digital Negatives with Usage Rights.
You can obtain unrestricted usage rights for your photos, along with the supporting documentation required by photo developing labs for printing. Unlimited copies, reproductions and alterations can be made from your Photo Disc, and the images can be used on an average home computer. All images are edited, full resolution files and can be printed in Black and White, Colour or Sepia (antique / aged black and white).

Bonus Disc of Photographer Select Images.
These are photos beyond the initial delivery of 4x6 proof images. They are included on Disc for you to view and print. Generally speaking, because there are a certain number of posed pictures that have to be included for most weddings, these bonus images are often additional candid pictures that were not able to fit in your initial proof delivery.

Additional Proof / Parent Albums.
A complete additional copy of your proofs are provided, in an album. The style of album and print quality of the images is exactly the same as in the regular proof album.

Fine Art Presentation Book.
This is a fine art photography book, also know as a Coffee Table Book. Each book is custom designed by us with pictures from your wedding that tell the story of your day.
Books are hardcover, professional bound and measure 10x10 or 7x7 inches. To ensure that your investment will last for years to come, the cover is protected by a duplicate print dust cover jacket.
Additional protection is provided by the hard protective slide-in case, complete with personalized silver hot stamped text. Inside, every page is printed using archival quality materials and protected with a matte laminate coating.
