Q 7.01. Can I request a customized print package?
Please Note: This Question and Answer applies only to clients that have purchased packages prior to 2007. Clients with newer packages that include a Purchase Credit can receive the same number of pictures at the same pricing when redeeming their Purchase Credit (please see the Pricing page).
A. Yes, any combination of prints sizes are available. You chose the picture, and tell us in what sizes you want it printed. Enlargements can be added, dropped or replaced by other sizes. Additional charges may apply, depending on print sizes.
Common substitutions that are made with no additional charge are an 8x10 replaced by two 5x7 or three 4x6 photos. More info on these substitutions is available in Q 7.02.

Note that the reverse of this table is also true. For example, you can replace 12 8x10 Package Enlargements with One 16x20.
